Why We Do It
Businesses and operations of all sizes, spanning across several industries, were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The crisis exposed several fundamental flaws in operational processes and infrastructure across some of our most fundamental and relied upon institutions. We have witnessed that when pushed to the brink, our healthcare, emergency response, manufacturing, and educational systems break down to the point of inadequate services and even closures. In labor-intensive sectors, there is an apparent need to reduce the sole reliability on human capital in order to increase the effectiveness, performance and responsiveness across critical enterprise operations. In this manner, companies and employees can hand over manual, but necessary, processes to technology and invest more time and resources to more customer/client-focused work items.
